Opened items are returnable only if found to be defective/damaged and there is no warranty included by the manufacturer. Defective as in products will not function or were damaged once received without the buyer mishandling it. Defective items can be returned for full product price refund or exchanged if available. Electronics and all other products will be matched to it's serial number so please do not send us YOUR defective items that were not bought from hellogoodbuy.ecrater.com.
All items that fit the above criteria are returnable for 30 days starting from the day the item was shipped unless stated otherwise in the product page.
